About The Event

During the pandemic Telcos played a critical role in providing the infrastructure to help maintain countries’ economic and social fabric but in many ways this is not fully translating into shareholder value. Increased risk, heightened customer expectations, competitive pressures and the constrained CAPEX and OPEX are creating significant challenges.

In response Telcos are focussing on three strategic themes: accelerating digital transformation of both customer journeys and the supporting operational processes, enhancing risk decisioning and risk monitoring and then focus on revenue growth.

Insight has a critical role as both an enabler and an accelerator for achieving these priorities. As a result, many Telcos are accelerating the evolution of advanced data and analytics capabilities.
