About The Event

Join us for an inspiring morning where we gather Nordic industry experts and peers from your industry to share knowledge and experiences about how you as a company can add value to your customer journey. We have listened to the feedback we have received from previous events and structured a day around topics that are high on the agenda of our clients and partners.

The day will be divided into different industry-based breakouts to give you the opportunity to get the latest insights on what is moving in your industry. During each breakout we will tap into key challenges and trends and share best practice and learnings on how to solve these challenges, and give you specific advice and insights on how to optimize the customer journey.

Bo is the Nordic Chief Customer Officer and interim Nordic Market President of Experian. He has more than 25 years’ experience from working in the data and credit industry, helping both SME’s and enterprise clients locally and internationally to solve their credit risk challenges. Bo is also an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, where he teaches data and innovation related topics.
