Experian commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct a study in August 2021 to explore how the pandemic has impacted business metrics, priorities, challenges and budgets.
It involved 267 senior decision-makers in telecommunications firms across 7 EMEA countries – Denmark, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Spain, Netherlands and Turkey.
We will explore the findings and the practical implications for businesses looking to leverage the value of insight to build competitive advantage, growth and profitability.
