Malin Holmberg Biography

Malin Holmberg joined Experian in September 2021 in a newly created role as CEO of Experian EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining Experian, Malin was a partner at Target Global, a German venture capital firm.

Before this, she was CEO of Tele2 Netherlands and Executive Committee Member of Tele2 Group, having joined Tele2 as Group Product Director in 2009. Prior to Tele2, Malin was Head of Vodafone Internet Services responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Her early career included management consulting with Marakon and A T Kearney.

Malin has an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Ian Glover is a seasoned Credit leader with a wealth of international experience on Modeling, Strategy and Credit Risk gained in Telecoms, Banking and Motor Finance.

He started his career as Credit Risk manager in 3G Uk then moved in Vivatel as Head of Revenue Assurance.

In Finance and Banking sector he covered the roles of CRO and Head of Retail Risk at Unicredit group, Sberbank, Addiko Bank, Yapi Credit, and he gained direct experience of the specificity of national credit markets across multiple european countries. He served as Member of the Supervisory Board at UniCredit Financing in Romania and Bulgaria for last 4 years and recently joined MyMoneybank as Credit Value Officer.

Ricardo García Martín is a Credit Risk Executive with extensive experience in the analytics space.
He has developed an in-depth knowledge of the financial industry by working for international organizations like Nordea, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Barclays, and Experian.
Currently, Ricardo is leading the GRM Credit Risk & Innovation Discipline in BBVA Group, where he focuses on the deployment of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in the credit risk space.

Mr. Mazzoleni is the Culture Energy Orchestrator at Flowe (Mediobanca group), where he is responsible for designing and nurturing the company’s purpose and culture. He is passionate about digital innovation and has spent his entire career driving innovation via new technologies. His passion for digitalisation started in the 1990s as the editor of Web Marketing Tools, he then spent 10 years as the Digital Transformation Leader at Microsoft Italy – helping clients redesign their business model by focusing on digital technology. As an active member of his community, he serves as the Vice Chairman of a ski team with over 150 athletes and 15 coaches that has consistently performed well, both regionally and internationally.

Leandro Guerra is the Head of Data Science and Analytics Platforms for Experian EMEA & APAC. He has over 11 years of experience with a deep interest and know-how in Machine Learning and AI model development.

His recent experiences includes:
  • Development of ML models for risk management, marketing, fraud prevention, HR, healthcare and retail
  • Development and implementation of overall Data Science/ML business goals
  • Management of Data Consultancy Projects applied to credit assessment, marketing, fraud prevention, insurance, HR analytics, healthcare and CRM
  • Development of ML explainability frameworks
Leandro holds a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the State University of Londrina and a Data Science Specialisation from Johns Hopkins University..
