He have insights into transformation journeys of companies, looking at the legacy within companies and how this is re-defining into the new normal.

The flexibility of the future enables us to let customers’ constantly changing needs and mindsets be at the center. We can to a much greater extent design and adapt the customer experiences and the customer journeys that the customers demand and replace the technology that is necessary to support it. In principle, we should let all new development be based on the needs of customers (and the business).
